Turkey Guacamole Pinwheels



  • 5 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1-2 Cups Guacamole
  • 1/2 Pound Sliced Turkey
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Romaine Lettuce
  • Ranch Dressing, Salsa, Extra Guacamole, Optional, for serving.


  1. Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface.  Spread each tortilla with about 2-3 Tablespoons of guacamole.

  2. Top the guacamole with shredded cheese, 3-4 pieces of sliced turkey, and lettuce.

  3. Roll the tortilla up tightly, being gentle so that the tortilla doesn’t tear. Refrigerate the tortillas for 30 minutes before slicing into pinwheels.

Recipe Notes

NOTE:  I added pico de gallo into my guacamole for this recipe so my pinwheels have tomato.  If your guac doesn’t have tomato, you can chop them up and add them as desired.
