Sheet Pan Nachos



  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 12 Ounces Tortilla Chips
  • 15 Ounce Can Black Beans
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese

Toppings of Choice:

  • Lettuce, Black Olives, Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Sour Cream, Salsa, Jalapeno,


  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink.  Drain the fat from the beef if necessary.  Stir taco seasoning into beef according to package directions.

  2. Lay the tortilla chips out evenly on a large sheet pan.  Top with cooked taco meat, black beans and cheese.  Broil on high for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  3. Top the nachos with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
