Sea Salt Caramel Chip Brownies


  • 2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Cups granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup butter melted
  • 4 Large eggs room temperature
  • 2 Tsp . vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp . cinnamon
  • 1 ounce bag Hershey’s Sea Salt Caramel baking chips. 10
  • 1/4 Cup caramel sundae sauce for drizzling optional


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil or parchment paper, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In bowl of stand mixer, or large bowl using hand mixer, whisk together together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar, until well combined.
  4. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix on medium/low speed for 2-3 minutes, just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the baking chips with a large spoon.
  6. Spread brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before drizzling with caramel.
