Peanut Butter Brownie Cups – These bite sized brownie cups couldn’t be easier to make or more fun to eat!  Brownie cups that are filled with a creamy peanut butter filling for a decadent, poppable treat that will please a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Brownie Mix, 9×9 inch pan size mix
  • Water
  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons International Delight Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Creamer
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  3. Spoon one teaspoon of prepared brownie mix into each muffin cup.
  4. Bake the brownies for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and use the back of a teaspoon to make a well in the center of each brownie.
  5. In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and creamer.
  6. Pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into cooled brownie cups.
  7. Top with chopped Reese’s as desired.
