One Skillet Green Chile Cheese Dip


  • Cheese Dip:
  • 1 8 ounce Package Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 4 ounce Can Hatch Green Chiles
  • 1 Cup Monterrey Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Cup Salsa Verde
  • 1 Clove garlic minced (can use garlic powder if preferred)
  • Tortilla chips for serving
  • Homemade Tortilla Chips:
  • 10 Corn tortillas
  • Non stick cooking spray
  • Salt/Sea salt as desired


  1. Cheese Dip:
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Blend all ingredients together in a large bowl with a hand mixer.
  4. Pour mixture into a large oven-proof skillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  6. Homemade Tortilla Chips:
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Spray two large cookie sheets with non stick spray.
  9. Spray one side of each tortilla with non stick spray.
  10. Stack tortillas in a single layer and cut into wedges (4-8 depending on how big you want your chips).
  11. Lay the wedges on a cookie sheet in a single layer, sprayed side up, without sides touching.
  12. Sprinkle with salt as desired.
  13. Bake for 13-16 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
