One Pot Pizza Pasta

One pot pizza pasta is an easy, 20 minute, one pot pizza casserole that’s full of Italian sausage, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and lots of delicious, gooey, cheese!


  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 Large bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 white or red onion chopped
  • 2 Cups water
  • 24 Slices Pepperoni cut in half
  • 16 Ounces Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 24 Ounce Jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese


  1. Cook the sausage, bell pepper, and onion, in a large pot over medium heat until sausage is cooked through.
  2. Add the box of pasta, the marinara sauce, and 2 cups of water to the pot and stir.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover pot and cook for 15 minutes, until pasta is tender.
  4. Add the pepperoni, black olives, 1 Cup of the mozzarella, and the parmesan cheese to the pot and stir.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and allow to cook for 2-3 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
