One Pot Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta is the easiest pesto pasta you will ever make!  Penne and chicken are coated with a mouthwatering garlic pesto cream sauce for an unforgettable dinner!

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Chicken, Cut into bite sized pieces
  • Salt & Pepper, To taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 8 Ounces Penne Pasta
  • 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth, Or Water
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Pesto
  • 3 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken, salt and pepper to taste, italian seasoning, and garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes until chicken is browned.
  3. Add the penne, broth, and tomatoes to the skillet and simmer stirring frequently until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.

  4. Remove pan from heat and stir in the cream cheese, pesto, and parmesan.
