Easy Greek Chickpea Salad

Easy Greek Chickpea Salad is a mouthwatering healthy salad that is packed full of amazing flavors and textures!  Chickpeas come together with fresh vegetables, olives, cheese, and a simple dressing for the best and easiest chickpea salad ever!

  • 1 15 Ounce Can Chickpeas, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 Medium Cucumber, Diced
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, Seeded and Diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Kalamata Olives
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese


  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder


  1. In a small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.  Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
