Easy Drop Biscuits

Easy Drop Biscuits are a simple, quick and easy biscuit recipe that comes together in about 15 minutes!  These biscuits are perfect with gravy or a nice addition to any meal!


  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Stick Butter, Melted
  • 3/4 Cup Milk


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir the butter and milk into the flour mixture just until moistened.
  5. Drop the batter by heaping Tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden.
