Crockpot BBQ Little Smokies

Crockpot BBQ Little Smokies are easy to prepare with only a handful of ingredients!  Little Smokies are simmered in a tangy, mouthwatering bbq sauce.  Perfect for dinner or to feed a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounce Packages Little Smokies
  • 18 Ounces BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Sauce Optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together the bbq sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
  2. Pour both packages of little smokies into the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the Smokies.
  3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours until heated through.

Recipe Notes

NOTE:  There are approximately 40 links in each package of Little Smokies.  For us, this would serve about 10-15 people as an appetizer.  For dinner, this will serve 4-6.
